Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Supply Officer (m/w/d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Coordination: Actively manage the material flow, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability
• Order Management, communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, analyze delays and implement recovery plans
• Performance Monitoring, oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, maintaining close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and production teams
• Process Optimization, drive or participate in improvement projects with suppliers or within the Supply team
• Empowered and Agile Work Environment, enjoy autonomy in a trust-based setting, managing your area of responsibility within a small, dynamic team
• Impactful Contributions, take an active role in exciting projects and help shape the future of supply management

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration and supply chain / logistics or comparable
• Work experience in scheduling / material procurement, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
• Confident handling of SAP
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel, approx. 1x month (Europe-wide)
