For our customer in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the Hamburg-Finkenwerder location in Germany for the following position:

Task profile::

• Supply Chain Coordination: Actively manage the material flow, ensuring timely deliveries and stock availability
• Order Management: Communicate demand to suppliers, place and track orders, analyze delays, and implement recovery plans
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee day-to-day supply chain performance, maintaining close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and production teams
• Process Optimization: Drive or participate in improvement projects with suppliers or within the Supply team
• Empowered and Agile Work Environment: Enjoy autonomy in a trust-based setting, managing your area of responsibility within a small, dynamic team
• Impactful Contributions: Take an active role in exciting projects and help shape the future of supply management

Personal skills:

• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work in order to schedule appointments on time, coordinate workflows efficiently, and achieve goals on time
• Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
• A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness to effectively represent the respective interests
• Willingness to travel, approx. 1x month (Europe-wide)

Studies / education:

• Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
• Supply Chain/Logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)

Work experience:

• Planning/Material Procurement (at least 2 years)
• Supplier Management (at least 2 years)
• Supply Chain/Logistics (at least 2 years)

IT:

• SAP or at least in-depth application knowledge
• Google Workspace

Language skills:

• German (at least business fluent)
• English (at least business fluent)
