Supply Chain Analyst (d/f/m) AIRBUS
As a Supply Chain Analyst (d/f/m) based in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, your position will center on supporting smooth spare parts demand planning operations for customer needs in the aviation sector. Working closely with a range of internal teams, including Product Management, Customer Order Desk, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics, you will improve workflows, secure inventory availability, and play an active role in process enhancement initiatives. This is a full-time position within a workforce leasing arrangement, located at Airbus in the strategic hub of Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel.
Main responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and validating material demand forecasts using customer orders, planning data, and customer-specific inputs.
- Managing procurement planning and making sure inventory and materials are available.
- Serving as a key link between stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication.
- Applying your knowledge to assist improvement and optimization projects across supply chain processes.
- Making sure deadlines are met and operational workflows are coordinated effectively to achieve organizational objectives.
Voraussetzungen
Applicants for this role as a Supply Chain Analyst (d/f/m) should bring the key skills, qualifications, and experience needed for the aviation supply chain sector. The required qualifications are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- Two years of professional experience in aerospace, supply chain, logistics, or data analysis/data management.
- Advanced practical knowledge in SAP and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
- Proficiency in English at a negotiation level.
- A self-driven and well-structured way of working, with a high level of responsibility and resilience.
- The ability to work to deadlines while ensuring smooth and efficient workflow coordination.
- Dedication to embedding improvement actions within a results-oriented framework.
