Project Manager (d/m/w) Supply Chain & Procurement AIRBUS
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager (d/m/w) Supply Chain & Procurement to become part of Airbus' high-performing procurement team in Hamburg Finkenwerder. This full-time position gives you the chance to work with international colleagues throughout Europe, including Portugal, Spain, the UK, France, and Germany, in a dynamic matrix organisation. In this role, you will steer complex projects, secure stakeholder alignment, and advance digital transformation initiatives within the SAP ecosystem. This position is provided via an employee secondment arrangement at Airbus Hamburg Finkenwerder.
Your tasks will be:
- Lead and oversee complete project lifecycles within procurement and supply chain management in Hamburg Finkenwerder and beyond.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across several countries and time zones to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Create detailed project plans, track deliverables, and apply industry-standard PM tools efficiently.
- Support risk mitigation approaches while upholding high quality standards.
- Back digital transformation initiatives using SAP functionalities, encouraging innovation.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders in multicultural environments.
Voraussetzungen
- A suitable degree in Project Management, Communication, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management, procurement, and project leadership.
- Knowledge of change management and process management; lean management is an advantage.
- Proven expertise with IT systems, particularly SAP and Google Workspace functions.
- Excellent German and English language skills, both at negotiation level.
- An independent, results-focused, and efficient working style for handling workflows and meeting deadlines.
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication and coordination.
