Als Teil unseres Culinary-Teams entwickelst und optimierst Du Gerichte, die perfekt auf die Zubereitung durch unsere Kochroboter abgestimmt sind. Standardisiert, reproduzierbar und geschmacklich überzeugend. So trägst Du aktiv dazu bei, unser internationales, modernes und gesundes Speisenportfolio weiterzuentwickeln und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Roboter täglich aufs Neue begeistern - mit Rezepturen, die nicht nur schmecken, sondern auch „robot-ready“ sind.
Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du:

• Entwicklung vollständiger Rezepte für unsere Kochroboter - von der ersten Idee über schnelle Testläufe, Verkostungen und Skalierung bis zur finalen Umsetzung im automatisierten Kochprozess
• Definition präziser Garzeiten, Temperaturverläufe und Schrittfolgen zur optimalen Steuerung unserer Kochroboter
• Durchführung von Testreihen zur Optimierung von Geschmack, Textur, Stabilität und Prozesssicherheit - inklusive Auswertung von Sensorwerten und Feedback
• Erstellung und Pflege klarer Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs), Kochprogramme, Zutatenstandards, Toleranzen und Sensorpunkte
• Abstimmung mit unseren Teams aus Technik, Qualitätssicherung, Einkauf, Produktion, Marketing und Produktentwicklung zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
• Aufbereitung und Weitergabe von Wissen durch Playbooks, interne Demos und Präsentation neuer Konzepte und Ergebnisse im Team

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in relevanten Bereichen wie Gastronomie, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder Produktentwicklung
• Erfahrung in standardisierter Produktion oder im Food-Tech-Bereich ist ein echtes Plus
• Leidenschaft für zeitgemäße, internationale und gesunde Küche - kombiniert mit einem ausgeprägten Gespür für Geschmack und Trends
• Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit besonderem Fokus auf Dokumentation, insbesondere bei der Dokumentation, Rezeptpflege und Nachverfolgbarkeit und Versionierung von Rezepturen
• Kreativer Kopf mit Hands-on-Mentalität: Ideen werden nicht nur gedacht, sondern auch so umgesetzt, dass sie in robotergestützten Prozessen funktionieren - skalierbar, prozesssicher und reproduzierbar

Your Role

With our robots, we’re transforming the way the world cooks and enjoys food. Through technology that supports the foodservice industry, reduces food waste, and elevates culinary quality to a new, scalable level. Accessible to everyone. Everywhere. Anytime. As part of our Culinary Team, you develop and optimize dishes that are perfectly tailored for preparation by our cooking robots. Standardized, reproducible, and full of flavor. In doing so, you actively contribute to evolving our international, modern, and healthy food portfolio, ensuring that our robots continue to delight every day - with recipes that not only taste great but are also truly “robot-ready.”
These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

• Development of complete recipes for our cooking robots - from initial ideas through rapid test runs, tastings, and scaling, all the way to final implementation in the automated cooking process
• Definition of precise cooking times, temperature profiles, and step sequences to ensure optimal control of our cooking robots
• Execution of test series to optimize taste, texture, stability, and process reliability - including evaluation of sensor data and feedback
• Creation and maintenance of clear SOPs, cooking programs, ingredient standards, tolerances, and sensor checkpoints
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure smooth operations
• Documentation and sharing of knowledge through playbooks, internal demos, and presentations of new concepts and results within the team
