We are Café Paris, one of the most famous and beautiful cafés in the heart of Hamburg, right on Rathausmarkt. In our traditional establishment, we combine French café culture with modern gastronomy, placing great importance on quality, teamwork, and smooth kitchen operations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cook (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, starting immediately.
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Ideally, initial work experience in the catering or hotel industry
- Structured and clean way of working
- Independent and reliable work within a team
- High quality standards and a passion for cooking
- Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanour
- Flexibility and resilience in everyday catering
- Good German skills
Your tasks
- Preparation and presentation of our dishes according to recipe and quality standards
- Ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen area
- Preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily service
- Adherence to hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
- Working with the service and kitchen team
- Contributing to the further development of our menu and creative dishes
