As a Data Analyst and AI Expert in Business Support & Improvement, you integrate data, develop analytical models and communicate findings that support business needs. You connect business functions, the data ecosystem and the solutions they require.
Your tasks
- Extract and integrate structured and unstructured data from databases and data stores, based on data modelling provided by IT and focused on business needs to enable business excellence
- Develop, test and implement suitable analytical models to identify meaningful patterns or trends in complex data sets and data types that support customer needs
- Regularly analyze and improve model accuracy against business needs
- Communicate findings through effective, easy-to-understand data visualizations adapted to the audience
- Act as the interface between business functions, the data ecosystem and the requested solution
- Coach the business function in a data-driven mindset
- Actively contribute and share best practices, findings and techniques with the wider data community
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or business administration, in each case at least at Bachelor’s level
- More than three years of professional experience in IT/information systems, more than two years in project management, more than three years in supply chain/logistics and more than three years in data analysis
- Knowledge of detailed functions in Python and AI/LLM (Large Language Model)
- Good knowledge of lean management and process management
- English at negotiation level; German is an advantage
- Knowledge of Google Workspace; experience with business intelligence tools, for example Power BI, Skywise or Tableau, is an advantage
- Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical concepts and functionalities, analytical thinking, and an independent, structured and results-oriented approach to achieving objectives on time and coordinating workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
