As the Business Transformation Manager (d/m/w), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimization and governance of key business processes. Operating from Fuhlsbüttel, this full-time opportunity offers the chance to work in an international environment, supporting transformations across Master Data Governance (MDG) processes. You will act as a crucial liaison between business needs and technological capabilities, coordinating global projects and leading initiatives that drive efficiency and compliance. - You will act as the Process Owner Delegate (POD) for Master Data Governance (MDG) processes and maintain the governance framework.
- You will design, document, and uphold data standards, policies, and structures, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- You will oversee performance monitoring for processes, validate IT Change Requests, and identify improvement opportunities.
- You will lead MDG work packages and coordinate Master Data Management contributions for global transformation projects.
- You will facilitate Scrum events as a Scrum Master for the Master Data team, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- You will provide consultancy to stakeholders and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the specialist community.

- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent experience is mandatory.
