Business Performance Manager (d/m/w) AIRBUS

As Business Performance Manager (d/m/w) , you will take on a key role within Business Performance Management at Airbus in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The position is filled through temporary employment and combines project management, performance management, and governance into a clearly structured scope of responsibilities.
Your tasks:

  • Establishing and further developing an efficient business governance framework for the responsible area.
  • Creating and maintaining meaningful reporting systems that ensure transparency of developments and support decision-making.
  • Analyzing deviations and deriving corrective actions, projects, and initiatives based on reporting results.
  • Setting up and managing projects arising from performance management activities, including structured tracking and follow-up.
  • Supporting business operations in implementing best practices and stabilizing processes.
  • Establishing a portfolio management framework for the business unit as well as a robust end-to-end planning process in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Implementing risk and opportunity management to identify, assess, and manage critical topics at an early stage through appropriate actions.
  • Participating in identification sessions, assessing deviations, and managing mitigation plans within the project context.

Voraussetzungen

Your qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, ideally in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another technical field of study.
  • 3 years of professional experience in project leadership.
  • 3 years of professional experience in project management.
  • 2 years of professional experience in performance management.
  • Good knowledge of project management; initial knowledge of quality assurance is considered an advantage.
  • Very good German language skills and very good English language skills.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace.
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working with a confident understanding of technical concepts and interrelationships.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
