Area / land acquisition agent for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems (m/f/d) full-time

Field of activity

• Identification of suitable plots of land for the construction of photovoltaic systems: nationwide.
• Identifying and contacting landowners.
• Negotiation and conclusion of land contracts under private law with the land owners.
• Attendance at information events and owners' meetings.
• Reporting and documentation of your acquisition activities.

Your profile

• You already have initial professional experience as a land/property acquisition agent, commercial real estate agent, sales representative or similar.
• Experience in securing areas for energy projects EEG desirable.
• You are persuasive in negotiations, focused on closing deals and a strong communicator.
• You are characterized by your organizational talent and have a pleasant and convincing manner in dealing with people.
• You are used to working independently and responsibly and are characterized by a high level of commitment Your profile is rounded off by a good command of German and a confident use of MS Office applications.
• You are willing to travel throughout Germany and you have a class B driver's license.
