Technical operations manager for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems (m/f/d) - full-time

Field of activity

• You ensure the smooth operation of PV parks (monitoring of the parks, organization of appointments, data analysis, reporting, defect management, coordination with the service technicians on site, evaluation of expert reports).
• You analyze the operating data (output, irradiation, temperature), get to the bottom of anomalies, find solutions and optimize the systems. You will also report on the results in a monthly report.
• You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the dates and deadlines of prescribed inspections (e.g. occupational safety, DGUV inspections, etc.) as well as regular maintenance and servicing measures.
• You are the contact person for your PV parks and talk to all parties involved to achieve the goals of the park operators.
• You recognize the optimization potential of your PV parks and can offer operators attractive and suitable services.
• You keep the technical system documentation up to date.
• You ensure that all necessary information, documents, tools and materials are available for the activities to be carried out by the technicians.
• Willingness to take over the monitoring of the PV parks on alternating weekends and public holidays.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in an electrical engineering profession with work experience in the PV sector, a degree in electrical engineering or studies in related subjects, or a comparable qualification acquired through several years of professional experience.
• You have initial knowledge in the field of fault analysis of PV system technology.
• You have a reliable, structured and independent working style with a high degree of autonomy.
• You are a team player and have a service-oriented mindset.
• You are also prepared to be on call at weekends.
