WTG Package Manager

Your future tasks:

• Lead the full WTG package lifecycle across all project phases, ensuring delivery in line with governance requirements, project objectives, and stage-gate processes.
• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the WTG package, including tendering, negotiations, contractor performance, variations, and claims management.
• Drive effective interface and stakeholder management, coordinating closely with other package teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee package budget, schedule, risk, quality, and reporting, providing clear visibility and supporting project governance and decision-making.
• Lead technical delivery by securing resources, managing engineering inputs, overseeing inspections and quality milestones, and ensuring successful handover to Operations.
• Promote a strong HSE culture while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives.

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline, with a strong understanding of offshore wind and WTG technology.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects, including package management or technical leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing WTG packages or comparable engineering scopes throughout project delivery.
• Strong experience in contract management, supplier coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project execution.
• Solid project management, commercial, planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to drive performance and delivery.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills; additional languages and international mobility are advantageous.
