Working Student Supply Planning & Purchasing (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will support the daily operations of Supply Planning and Purchasing while gaining valuable hands-on experience in supply chain management. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to ensuring efficient processes, reliable product availability, and smooth coordination across departments. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in inventory management and monthly planning, ensuring accurate stock levels and forecasting.
- Supporting operational purchasing activities, including order processing, delivery tracking, and supplier coordination.
- Enhancing communication and information flow between Supply Planning, Purchasing, and other teams.
- Contributing to data analysis and reporting to improve decision-making and optimizing processes.
- Collaborating on process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the supply chain.
Your profile
You will thrive in this role if you are a proactive and reliable student with a strong interest in supply chain and purchasing processes. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field).
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
