Working Student IT Services (f/m/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Providing support for employees and specialist departments at 1st level
- Ensuring support requests are followed up and documented
- Preparing and configuring equipment for the local users, and provide necessary guidance
- Following up the support process within the ticket system
Your Profile
- You are currently enrolled for a bachelor's or master's degree program in technology, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent studies
- Ideally, you have gained first working experience in the IT sector
- You possess basic to intermediate knowledge in one of the following fields: desktop workstations, computer networking and security, cloud services, MS Office / MS365 applications, video conference and VoIP systems
- You are open-minded and have a willingness to learn new and business applied technologies and take initiatives to find solutions to the problems
- You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal as well as analytical skills
- You have very good English skills! (English is our company language)
