Als Teil unseres IT-Teams sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere digitale Infrastruktur mit dem Wachstum unseres Unternehmens Schritt hält - stabil, sicher und zukunftsorientiert. Du unterstützt Kolleg:innen aus allen Bereichen bei technischen Fragen, betreust unsere Enterprise-Apps und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Landschaft.
Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du:
- Mitarbeit an der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer modernen IT-Infrastruktur mit aktuell rund 200 Clients - skalierbar, sicher und weiter wachsend
- Support für unsere Kolleg:innen aus allen Bereichen (Operations, Corporate, Development, Manufacturing, Culinary, etc.) bei Fragen zu Enterprise-Apps und Services
- Bearbeitung von First-Level-Support-Anfragen auf mehreren Plattformen (Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android) - inkl. strukturierter Ticketbearbeitung und sauberer Dokumentation
- Zuarbeit in der Architektur unserer IT-Landschaft und - je nach Erfahrung - gemeinsame Konzeption von Komponenten, Schnittstellen und Standards
- Betreuung und Administration unserer Microsoft 365 Umgebung

Diese Eigenschaften bringst du idealerweise mit:
- Immatrikuliert in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im 1st-Level-Support und in der IT-Administration
- Sicher auf Windows 11 oder macOS - Basiskenntnisse zu iOS/Android sind von Vorteil
- Grundverständnis in der Microsoft 365 Administration (User-/Lizenzverwaltung, Gruppen, Security-Basics)
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Unternehmensnetzwerken (z. B. Entra ID/Azure AD, DNS, VPN, VLANs)
- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Hands-On-Mentalität - mit hoher Motivation unsere IT-Admin-Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) - gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus

With our robots, we’re transforming the way the world cooks and enjoys food. Through technology that supports the foodservice industry, reduces food waste, and elevates culinary quality to a new, scalable level. Accessible to everyone. Everywhere. Anytime. As part of our IT team, you ensure that our digital infrastructure keeps pace with our company’s growth - stable, secure, and future-oriented. You support colleagues from all departments with technical questions, manage our enterprise apps, and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our internal IT landscape.
These are the tasks you will be responsible for:
- Contribute to the maintenance and further development of our modern IT infrastructure with currently around 200 clients - scalable, secure, and continuously growing
- Provide support to colleagues across all departments (Operations, Corporate, Development, Manufacturing, Culinary, etc.) for questions related to enterprise apps and services
- Handle first-level support requests across multiple platforms (Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android) - including structured ticket processing and clean documentation
- Assist in the architecture of our IT landscape and - depending on experience - co-develop components, interfaces, and standards
- Manage and administer our Microsoft 365 environment

These are the qualities helping you thrive in this role:
- Enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
- First hands-on experience in 1st-level support and IT administration
- Proficient with Windows 11 or macOS - basic knowledge of iOS/Android is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 administration (user/license management, groups, security basics)
- Initial knowledge of managing corporate networks (e.g., Entra ID/Azure AD, DNS, VPN, VLANs)
- Strong service orientation and a hands-on mindset - highly motivated to actively shape our IT admin processes
- Fluent English skills (at least C1) - good German skills are a plus
