What you will do
- Maintaining machine availability and carrying out repairs at the highest service level
- Defining and executing PM actions and intervals
- Processing maintenance problems on the systems
- Maintaining and checking statistical machine data (SPC and APC)
- Participation in CIP/OEE measures to increase performance and save costs
- Maintaining spare parts logistics, including reporting on consumption and costs
- Participation in the introduction and approval of new production processes
- Participating in the planning and installation of new systems
- Organizing and carrying out training measures for service employees
- Creating and maintaining machine-specific training content as well as maintenance and work instructions
What you will need
- State-certified technician specializing in electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience as a technician in a production area
- Strong technical work ethic with hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Good German and advanced English skills, confident communication with clients and customers in all technical matters
- Knowledge in the areas of IT, data analysis and visualization
- Willingness to work shifts

Als Techniker (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Wartung, Fehlerbehebung und Optimierung von PAS Steppern im Bereich der Lithografie zuständig.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
- Aufrechterhaltung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit und Durchführung von Reparaturen auf höchstem Serviceniveau
- Definieren und Ausführen von PM-Aktionen und Intervallen
- Bearbeiten von Instandhaltungsproblemen der Anlagen
- Pflege und Kontrolle von statistischen Maschinendaten (SPC und APC)
- Teilnahme an KVP/OEE-Maßnahmen zur Leistungssteigerung und Kosteneinsparung
- Pflege der Ersatzteillogistik einschließlich der Berichterstattung über Verbrauch und Kosten
- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Freigabe neuer Fertigungsprozesse
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Installation von neuen Anlagen
- Organisieren und Durchführen von Schulungsmaßnahmen für Servicemitarbeiter
- Erstellung und Pflege von maschinenspezifischen Schulungsinhalten sowie von Wartungs- und Arbeitsanweisungen
Ihr Profil
- Staatlich geprüfter Techniker der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Techniker in einem Produktionsbereich
- Ausgeprägte technische Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse, sichere Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Kunden in allen technischen Belangen
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT, Datenanalyse und -visualisierung
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
