Your prospective job:

For our client Airbus Operations you are acting as a Supply Officer Power on board (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Communications with suppliers and internal stakeholders (supply chain quality, contract managers, engineering, supply management production interfaces, logistic coordinators, program representatives, warehouse operators)
• Forecasting activities
• Placement and follow up of purchase orders
• Support of New Parts Introduction with Multi Functional Team and support of operational action
• Managing and monitoring of rework Purchase Order with the supplier and the strategic buffer to maintain the right level of coverage to protect Airbus production plants
• Problem Solving on recurrent issues
• Attendance to performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers
• Attendance to internal team meetings
• Reporting activities & associated data analysis
• Inventory management activities and contribution to improvement projects

Your profile

• Completed studies as an industrial engineer, in business administration, in supply chain / logistics or a similar qualification
• Completed vocational training as a wholesaler, foreign trade merchant, industrial merchant or equivalent qualification
• First professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of MS-Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of SAP PGI/PDA
• Willingness to travel (bis zu 3-5 Mal im Jahr)
• Proficient verbal and written English skills
• Good knowledge of German spoken and written
