Ihre Aufgaben
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie in der Strukturmontage von Luftfahrtbauteilen und tragen zur qualitativ hochwertigen Fertigung und Montage von Flugzeugstrukturen bei.
- Herstellung und Montage von Nietverbindungen und Baugruppen an Strukturbauteilen
- Anfertigung und Montage von Bauteilen nach Bauunterlagen, Fertigungsanweisungen und Zeichnungen
- Vorbereitung der Arbeitsaufträge, Sichtung von Zeichnungen sowie Bereitstellung von Bauteilen und Fertigungsmitteln
- Positionierung, Ausrichtung und Fixierung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Montagearbeiten
- Ausführung von Oberflächenschutzarbeiten, z. B. Nietkopfapplikation und Konservierung von Sealnähten
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Fluggerätmechaniker, Mechatroniker, Tischler oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung, Produktion oder Strukturmontage
- Fähigkeit, über längere Zeit konzentriert und selbstständig zu arbeiten
- Qualitätsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem (inkl. Wochenend- und Mehrarbeit)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse; grundlegende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Your tasks
In this role, you will work in aircraft structure assembly and contribute to the high-quality manufacturing and installation of structural components.
- Manufacturing and assembly of riveted joints and structural assemblies
- Production and installation of components according to drawings and manufacturing instructions
- Preparation of work orders, drawings and workstations
- Positioning, alignment and fixing of parts and assemblies
- Execution and documentation of assembly activities
- Application of surface protection measures such as rivet head sealing and seam conservation
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in a technical or craft-related field, e.g. aircraft mechanic, mechatronics technician, carpenter or comparable
- Professional experience in manufacturing, production or structure assembly
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus over longer periods
- Quality-oriented and responsible working style
- Willingness to work in shift systems, including weekends and overtime
- Good German language skills; basic English skills are an advantage
