Specialist for Technical Documentation and QM coordinator (f/m/x) in Medical Technology
Your responsibilities
- Handling of technical improvement campaigns for the EMEA region. Initiation, tracking and follow up of these campaigns in direct communication with our customers, our technical field service staff.
- Editorial of technical documents, including release and maintenance of technical documents.
- Quality management handling of technical department processes.
- Continuous process improvement for technical campaigns, warranty handling and technical document release.
Your profile
- Education as administrator for technical documentation in technical writing or similar
- Profound expertise in technical documentation
- Quality management experience
- Experience in technical support beneficial
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics advantageous
- Distinct cross-cultural English communication skills
- Accuracy and persistence
