Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d) Germany

Our Customer is a data-driven technology company headquartered in Israel. Its AI-powered platform is designed to extract, structure, and utilize unstructured data from the logistics industry. Positioned above traditional TMS systems like CargoWise, our customer offers an agentic-based platform tailored to medium and large enterprises with complex operational needs.
Your Responsibilities

• Build and develop the sales function in Germany with a focus on the logistics sector (land, air, sea - segment agnostic)
• Identify and engage potential customers (e.g., freight forwarders, logistics providers,Supply Chain providers)
• Present the developed platform and its advantages
• Collaborate with the international team and report directly to senior management
• Attend client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events (e.g., Transport Logistic)

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in sales within the logistics industry (e.g., freight forwarding, logistics platforms like Flexport, FourKites, etc.)
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and technical solutions
• Active and well-established network within the logistics and freight industry, with the ability to immediately leverage existing contacts to initiate conversations and drive business opportunities at decision-maker level.
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something new
• Fluent in German and English
