Data-driven decision-making is at the heart of how NKG steers its global business. To take our reporting capabilities to the next level, we are building a Global Reporting Layer - a central data platform that consolidates information from all ERP systems in use across the group worldwide. To own and shape this initiative, we are looking for an experienced

Your responsibilities
- Own the Reporting Value Stream end-to-end: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for NKG's global reporting landscape, aligning stakeholders across the group and the holding
- Drive the Global Reporting Layer: Take full responsibility for requirements management and prioritization for the implementation of a scalable, group-wide reporting platform that integrates data from all globally deployed ERP systems
- Shape the architecture: Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the Global Reporting Layer is designed for scalability, reliability, and long-term extensibility - enabling efficient reporting for both individual group companies and the NKG holding
- Translate business needs into product increments: Work with stakeholders from Finance, Controlling, and Management to capture reporting requirements and translate them into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder management: Act as the central interface between business stakeholders (e.g., Controlling, Finance, Management) and the technical development team, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and progress
- Build for the future: Lay the foundation for future expansions of the value stream - including Business Intelligence, forecasting, and trend analysis - while keeping the current focus firmly on reliable, scalable reporting
- Establish ways of working: Help define and continuously improve agile product management practices within the Reporting Value Stream
Your profile
- Several years of experience in product management or product ownership as well as a proven background in financial reporting, data, or BI domains

- Experience working with ERP systems in a complex, international enterprise environment is a strong advantage
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels across multiple countries and time zones
- Strong requirements analysis skills, with the ability to elicit, structure, and validate business requirements
