27km sucht ab sofort eine:n Senior (Creative) Producer:in für unser HQ in Hamburg. Du bist maßgeblich an der Realisierung nationaler und internationaler Werbefilmproduktionen beteiligt, von der ersten Anfrage bis zur finalen Abnahme. Gemeinsam mit der Executive Production hältst du kreative Ambition, produktionelle Machbarkeit, Timing, Scope und wirtschaftlichen Rahmen zusammen.
Du bist Sparringspartner:in für Regie, Executives und Agentur, mit einem Blick für Idee, Tonalität, Bildsprache und Budget. Du erkennst, was eine Regie-Idee stark macht, wo sie noch geschärft werden kann und insbesondere, wie daraus ein Produktionsansatz wird, der für alle funktioniert.

27km is currently seeking a Senior (Creative) Producer for our HQ in Hamburg. You will play a key role in the execution of national and international advertising film productions, from the initial inquiry through to final approval. Together with the Executive Production team, you will balance creative ambition, production feasibility, timing, scope, and economic constraints.
You’ll be a sparring partner for the director, executives, and the agency, with an eye for concept, tone, visual language, and budget. You’ll recognize what makes a director’s idea strong, where it can be refined, and - most importantly - how to turn it into a production approach that works for everyone. You know when an image needs to be thought of on a larger scale and when it’s smarter to approach it differently. In short: Your full commitment doesn’t start at the PPM stage, but rather when an idea is about to become a film.

Skillset Checklist
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Producer:in in der Werbefilmbranche
- Gespür für Regie, Idee, Tonalität, Bildsprache und Storytelling
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Treatments und Pitchprozessen auf kreativer und produktioneller Ebene
- Fähigkeit, kreative Visionen in realistische Produktionsansätze und Kalkulationen zu übersetzen
- Souveränes Sparring mit Regie, Executive Production, Agentur, Kreation und Kund:innen
- GWA-Scope & KVA-Expert:in
- Ein prall gefülltes Adressbuch mit der tollsten Crew und den professionellsten Dienstleister:innen
- Erfahrung mit Dreharbeiten im Ausland und der Zusammenarbeit mit Serviceproduktionen
