Stellenbeschreibung
- Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
- Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
- Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets
- Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe
- Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
- Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer,
- Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
- Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment, monitor
- Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Law, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in: Purchasing
- Customer Service
- Contract Management
- Sales
- Experience in project management, Data analysis and structuring
- Airbus experience is an advantage
- Very good knowledge in using MS-Excel
- Good knowledge in using SAP/R3
- Knowledge in using MS-Word
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
