Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Retrofit Program & Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Industrialization of the supply chain through analysis and planning of industrial lead times and capacities
• Lead the deployment of the technical solution, taking responsibility on behalf of the program Contribute and challenge program retrofit and mitigation strategies, supporting the development of technical solutions
• Translate program and retrofit requirements (target cost per aircraft, embodiment rate, policy, etc.) into inputs for other departments, including the Supply Chain Manager Retrofit
• Provide all necessary inputs to the Supply Chain Manager Retrofit to enable supply chain industrialization of retrofit using kits or complex retrofit solutions
• Contribute to negotiation supplier capacity and cost alignment with PMR/PCR/PES, material reservation and missing parts management
• Define and manage all inputs from engineering, procurement, suppliers, supply chain, and program to ensure the global retrofit strategy aligns with retrofit objectives (time, cost, quality)
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager Retrofit on customer order priorities for all retrofit kits
• Ensure supply chain solutions for retrofit or mitigation align with customer constraints and opportunities, and oversee retrofit embodiment until final fleet completion

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, supply chain / logistics, technical studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in configuration management, customer service, production planning and control and supply chain / logistics
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Good knowledge in project management
• Knowledge in lean management
• Fluent English skills both spoken and written
• German and French would be a plus
