Stellenbeschreibung
- Act as the Customer Advocate throughout the product development lifecycle, representing passenger and airline user perspectives by identifying visual and tactile quality pain points and conducting Perceived Quality assessments
- Define Perceived Quality requirements and compliance criteria, ensuring clear specifications and successful implementation during product development
- Integrate Perceived Quality into development teams from project start, including product studies, target setting, design reviews, and tracking improvement actions to achieve quality objectives
- Continuously improve and standardize the Perceived Quality methodology and toolkit, expanding its application to new user groups while enhancing efficiency and sustainability
- Promote Perceived Quality knowledge through training, information sessions, and updated training materials, while performing PerQ assessments and supporting colleagues as part of the PerQ Assessor Pool

Anforderungsprofil
- Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technics oder Aerospace Engineering
- Professional experience in the field of Engineering, Customer Service, Product Development, Project Management, Quality Management, Requirements Management, Process Management and Civil Aviation Documentation
- Good knowledge of using doors, Skywise and Google Workspace
- Fluent in English and proficient in German
- Willingness to travel
