Your prospective job:

For our reknown customer Airbus Operations you act as Project Manager & Problem Solving Leader (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Your responsibilities:

• Deeply analyze and understand complex technical problems impacting FAL & VSM (Value Stream Management)
• Lead and orchestrate multi-functional teams (MFT) to collaboratively address and resolve identified issues
• Develop clear and comprehensive process descriptions for current and future state solutions
• Conduct thorough assessments of the industrial impact of problems and proposed solutions
• Drive the development of innovative "to-be" solutions, leveraging design and technology
• Perform detailed cost and benefit analyses for proposed solutions to ensure their viability and value
• Identify and mitigate potential risks while seizing opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Your profile

• Completed studies in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of production, Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management
• Knowledge in risk management
• Proficient Use and Knowledge in Google Workspace and Click'nBuy (BySide)
• High proficiency in German as well as in English, both written and spoken
