Project Manager (m/f/d)

About the role
In this position, you will take responsibility for execution of complex multi-site R&D projects according to the agreed project plan and within agreed boundaries (specification, quality, timing, costs, information/reporting and organization). You will join an international team of passionate and highly professional Project Managers, driving the most complex and innovative R&D projects in Nexperia.
This is your new job

• Define the overall project plan in consultation / agreement with all relevant management levels and stakeholders within Nexperia organization up to EMT level
• Accountable that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, and to monitor & control execution of own projects
• Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team. Take team leadership including operational guidance and conflict management
• Exercise judgement on the project set-up, competitive time-lines, budget, efficient execution, changes and risks, challenges decisions on process, procedures, method and technology to be used in the project
• Manage all requested changes and establish change management process
• Analyse project risks (w. r. t. specifications, costs, timing, etc.) and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these risks

This is you

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years proven track record in leading complex projects for product development within an international & technical business environment
• Experience within Semiconductors is a benefit (Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages)
• Expert in Project Management with excellent knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
• PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit
• Proven leadership skills in leading project teams in a global, intercultural environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. German skills are a plus
