Network Security Engineer

Your tasks

• Being responsible for administration of Firewalls, Site to Site VPNs and SSL Interception environment;
• Evaluating and configuring firewall/proxy policy requests;
• Handling Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems (HPESM and ServiceNow);
• Advising customers on how to secure their applications;
• Setting up and troubleshooting S2S VPN connections;
• Creating and keeping up-to-date documentation;
• Evaluating new products;
• Providing 2nd level support for Frankfurt Datacenter and international datacenters and branches;
• Supporting and coordinating various network-security projects.

Your profile

• High level of competence in the areas of Network Security, Firewalls;
• Good understanding of Network Security principles and best practices;
• Experience with Firewall-technology based on product Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortimanager, Fortianalyzer);
• Experience working with IPSec/SSL VPN;
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP/IP, 7 layers of OSI, DNS, DHCP;
• Good knowledge of operations of CISCO-devices (router/switches);
• Experience running and supporting high availability infrastructure;
• Fluency in English - both written and spoken;
• University degree in IT or relevant.
