Learning and Development Specialist (all genders)
Your future tasks:
- Own and continuously improve the employee onboarding journey by designing and delivering orientation programs and collaborate with other departments (IT, Front Desk, etc) as necessary
- Support driving and communicating our annual performance leadership process
- Identification of external training providers for different training and development initiatives
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Design and implement engaging and interactive training and communication materials, including presentations, manuals, learning programs, and online courses.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance training methodologies.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to track training participation and effectiveness.
- Support rollout of leadership development programs and career progression initiatives.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development roles.
- Holding a recognized coaching or training license is an asset
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital learning tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
