YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for Local teams and Vehicles;
• Analyse defects on WTG’s where necessary in communication with Area Service Manager (ASM);
• Autonomously making repairs of Turbines;
• Carry out complex repairs with support of ASM / Back Office;
• Carry out planned maintenances and Inspection activities;
• Fill in reports and check lists to keep ASM informed of site activities;
• Documentation and completion of Snag Lists from Maintenances;
• On-job training of New Technicians in his area;
• Liaise with Clients or site Management;
• Coordination of Large works;
• Prioritising emergency works to minimise downtime and costs;
• Condition and level of Local Stock;
• Tools condition and that the necessary tools are available for large works.;
• Control of Sub Contractors at site;
• Documentation is completed correctly and returned to Back Office promptly;

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship;
• Electrical License that allows you to autonosmously work in the wind turbine and supervise technicians work;
• Proven experience in coordinating a team;
• Health and Safety aware;
• Customer focus;
• Result orientation;
• Willing to travel on a regular basis, including nights away from home;
• Computer literate, able to use MS Office and SAP and in-house database and workload management systems;
