Koordinator/in Einkauf & Vertrieb (ERP)

CTYS is an international yacht interior design consultancy based in Hamburg.
We equip the interiors of superyachts with high-quality household appliances and are looking for motivated support for our purchasing and sales department.
Your tasks:

• Processing of sales and purchase orders in the ERP system
• Preparation of offers, invoices and customer presentations
• Procurement of new goods and support of suppliers (incl. negotiations)
• Monitoring of deliveries and close coordination with logistics/warehouse
• Maintenance of the product and supplier database as well as administrative support

Your profile

• Training/studies in the commercial field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of professional experience in purchasing or sales, ideally with ERP systems
• Fluency in written and spoken English; International experience is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Organized, detailed, strong communicators and team-oriented
