Key Account Manager Engine Parts Repair m/w/d

As Sales & Key Account Manager EPAR you are responsible for the following tasks:

  • You independently manage sales projects and lead contract negotiations for products within the EPAR (Engine Parts & Accessories Repair) network
  • You prepare offers, business plans, and risk assessments for complex sales initiatives
  • You acquire new customers, strengthen existing relationships, and manage strategic OEM key accounts
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Controlling, and Legal, contributing to strategic decision-making
  • You analyze customer performance, conduct business reviews, and represent EPAR at trade fairs
  • You take responsibility for the full process from acquisition to contract fulfillment, ensuring all data is correctly maintained in internal systems

Ihr Profil

We would like to get to know you personally and therefore deliberately refrain from listing soft skills. We would be delighted if you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed university degree, preferably in the field of (business) engineering or economics
  • At least three years of professional experience in sales of technical products, project management, strategy or customer service
  • Good knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships, good knowledge of contract and aviation law as well as an understanding of aviation technology
  • Experience in project management tasks
  • Business fluent English - additional foreign language desirable
  • Willingness to domestic and international deployment and to travel frequently on business
