• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Extensive and proven experience in a comparable role, such as Project Manager, Solution Architect, IT Demand Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Business Relationship Manager - experience in other relevant areas is also valued
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, business processes, and digital transformation concepts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in gathering and structuring requirements, including the use of process modeling and documentation standards
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs and expectations
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with great attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
