Tasks
We take care of all processes relating to temporary staffing. If you are as enthusiastic about personnel, purchasing and process management as we are, we look forward to welcoming you as an intern!
- Support in the development and maintenance of our knowledge database, including the creation of work instructions and process documentation
- Assistance with the drafting and conclusion of contracts
- Support in the development of supplier strategies
- Independently carrying out benchmark analyses and research activities
- Support in general administrative activities
- Taking on special tasks according to suitability and own initiative

Requirements
To complete an internship in our company, you should be in your 3rd Bachelor's/Master's semester or in your Gap Year at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Your study background is in the fields of economics (business administration), business psychology, human resources or similar
- You are interested in processes and purchasing in the field of temporary employment
- You have preferably already gained some practical experience through internships/part-time work
- You are confident with the common MS Office products, especially Excel
- You have a very good command of English and German
