HR Generalist Technician (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, We are looking for a HR Generalist Technician (m/f/d) to support dealing with all the HR tasks in the department of Towers. Here are some of the tasks you will need to perform:

YOUR TASKS

• Clock-In, Clock-Out control
• Flexible time management
• Payroll support with doubts and issues
• Vacation control and incidents
• Permissions and Absence leaves
• Masterdata, Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
• Coordinate with other HR areas and clients
• Manage labor relation doubts and policies

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master Degree in Human Resources will be a plus
• SuccessFactors and SAP knowledge will be value
• Advance Professional English language skills
• Team work, proactivity and very organized person
