• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong abilities in communication, proactivity, and adaptability
• Profound knowledge of German labor law and local HR requirements
• Experience working in a matrix organization and supporting HR projects
