Head of Medical Services Hamburg (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Carrying out occupational and aviation medical examinations in accordance with regulations
• Performing a wide range of medical services (management examinations, vaccinations, outpatient care)
• Ensuring all other medical support services of the companies within the scope of application for tasks and consulting services in accordance with DGUV V2, the Occupational Safety Act and the Occupational Health Prevention Ordinance as well as other legal requirements
• Quality and hygiene management
• Further training of doctors and non-medical staff (m/f/d)
• Fostering an appreciative management culture and a positive departmental climate
• Advice and support in crises and emergencies
• Public relations work and cooperation with professional associations

Ihr Profil

What you bring with you:

• Completed medical studies and medical license to practice medicine
• Specialist in occupational medicine, optional: specialist in internal or general medicine, aviation medical expert (m/f/d)
• At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience and management experience
• Interdisciplinary work and strategic thinking
• Strong strategic/entrepreneurial understanding and high willingness to innovate
• Analytical thinking and willingness to innovate
• High willingness to take on responsibility and leadership
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
