Your Role
As part of New Build Technical Services, you will play a key role in bringing large-scale PV, wind, and BESS projects from concept to commissioning.
You will take technical ownership of grid connections, collaborate with grid operators and EPC partners, and develop robust medium- and high-voltage solutions across Europe.

Your Responsibilities
Grid Connection Management
- Manage and coordinate grid connection applications and agreements with DSOs and TSOs
- Lead the entire grid connection process from initial offer to commissioning
Technical Negotiation & Stakeholder Interface
- Lead technical negotiations with grid operators
- Act as the central interface between grid operators, EPCs, and internal stakeholders
Electrical Design & Review
- Develop, coordinate, and review electrical designs for PV, wind, and BESS projects
- Ensure technical feasibility and robustness up to grid connection
Grid Connection Concepts (MV/HV)
- Define, assess, and optimize medium- and high-voltage connection concepts
- Translate technical requirements into practical solutions
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with grid codes, technical standards, and regulatory requirements
Engineering & Procurement Support
- Support engineering and procurement teams with technical expertise
- Enable efficient supplier coordination and decision-making
Your Profile
Academic Background
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Professional Experience
- ~10 years of experience in grid connection, grid management, or technical project leadership
- Experience with PV, wind, and/or BESS projects
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of medium- and high-voltage infrastructure
- Experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects
- Ability to manage complex technical and regulatory environments
Leadership & Collaboration
- Experience leading teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Languages & Network
- Fluent English
- Additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish) are a strong advantage
- Established network within the European energy sector is a plus
