About the Job
- Identify business opportunities based on customer feedback and market analysis of new global accounts
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of assigned global customers
- Coordinate customer inquiries (RFQs), present proposals, and close transactions
- Establish Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures with assigned global customers
- Coordinate the implementation of new business for global customers by leading internal resources and managing customer expectations
- Handle customer complaints and ensure successful resolution implementation
- Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders and represent Hellmann at the highest level of hierarchy for assigned customers
About You
- University degree in International Management or a similar qualification
- Extensive experience managing complex global accounts in the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge of road transport for automotive clients, including the design of regional freight forwarding concepts
- Solid professional experience in roles with significant responsibility in business development
- Proven success in an account management role
- Confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong enthusiasm for active sales and a high level of customer orientation
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, and a valid driver’s license
