At suena, we develop AI-driven energy trading software for grid-scale storage, maximizing profits and minimizing risks in short-term electricity and balancing markets.
Your Role
As part of our Finance team, you'll oversee accounting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring financial stability as we scale. Your role includes:

• Implementing financial planning strategies
• Leading financial controlling and budgeting
• Analyzing financial performance and providing actionable insights
• Managing invoicing for power trading operations
• Ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting for internal and investor needs
• Supporting product and sales teams in pricing strategies
• Developing KPIs and tracking financial performance

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, and planning
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and deadline-driven approach
• Expertise in Excel and financial management tools (a plus)
• Full German & English proficiency
• Startup experience is an advantage
