Stellenbeschreibung

• Organization of events and VIP visits (e.g., political visits, VIP receptions, board visits, gala dinners) for internal and external guests and customers worldwide, while adhering to protocol requirements
• Contacting and collaborating with key suppliers, including shuttle services, caterers, and photographers
• Responsible for hotel and restaurant bookings
• Processing and tracking service orders related to events in the system

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of communication sciences, event management or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in: Project management
• Public relations
• Event organisation

• Airbus experience and protocol experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in using Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German
• French is a plus
