Cluster HR Coordinator (m/f/d)

  • Administrative support for employees, trainees, and interns from entry to exit
  • Contact person for all personnel-related issues
  • Personnel administration (e.g., preparation of employment contracts, agreements, references)
  • Monitoring time recording in our offices
  • Participation in the preparation and implementation of payroll accounting
  • Implementation of and participation in HR projects
  • Handling general HR correspondence
  • Support in personnel development, recruiting, and training
  • Supporting the HR team in all personnel-related matters
  • Bring yourself Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • Initial professional experience in HR or a comparable position desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office, experience with HR software is an advantage
  • Structured, careful, and independent working style
  • High service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
  • Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
