Channel Marketing Manager
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
A fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Marketing team in West Europe. Your primary responsibility will be leading and coordinating all demand for POSM, including secondary packaging and temporary displays for the Cluster. This will cover both the On & Off Trade in the Cluster.
Looking beyond your Cluster responsibilities, you will partner with the Off Trade Channel Marketing Manager for Europe to support POSM process improvement at a Region level. With a particular focus on ensuring markets have access to scalable tools that support winning at the point of purchase. This partnership will center on the Off Trade only.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
- Take ownership of the West Europe Cluster POSM process, including secondary packaging and temporary displays. Identifying opportunities to standardize ways of working, unlocking efficiencies that benefit the total Cluster and beyond.
- Working in partnership with Off Trade Channel Marketing - Europe, support workstreams designed to drive continuous improvement within POSM. Including the development of secondary packaging and standardized POSM that enable execution at scale
- Facilitate and coordinate markets needs and use of all available materials.
- Work in close collaboration with the Regional Channel Marketing team on POSM development (70/30). On & Off Trade.
- Lead the IAP POSM development across brands/channel in the different markets. Balancing shopper, customer, brand perspectives and budget.
- A team player, seen as the POSM, secondary packaging & displays expert. Passionate about winning and optimizing resources in the marketplace.
- A key member of the West Europe Customer Marketing leadership team, supporting the direction and delivery of the POSM strategy.
- Maximize ROI from A&P, keeping the channel discussion focused on proven growth drivers.
- Coordinate between the different Stakeholders (Customer/Consumer Mktg, Sales and Supply) all the POSM investment. Driving conversation with Supply, Comm Opps, on POSM management (Warehousing, quotas, …).
- Key point of contact for preferred suppliers (HH Global, Staci, etc…) to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
- Reporting: creating reports for POSM control in each country within the Cluster & meeting the targets on POSM depletion goals to ensure perfect and on time execution.
- Lead the development of new POSM for the Cluster to be used in local plans.
- Order, Master Data & Invoice Management (Catalogue POSM). Order Windows management.

- Fluent command in English is essential. Complemented by either French or German is desirable.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of experience within Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Commercial or Supply Chain. Preferably within a Premium / FMCG / Retail background.
- Advanced knowledge of the Off Trade Channel achieved by working directly in Marketing or Commercial.
- Detailed understanding of customers, their needs and how to win through partnership.
- Proven track record in positive stakeholder management.
- Experience of developing and executing marketing BTL programs is preferred.
- Exposure to Bacardi Way Of Growth for Marketing on how to build brands sustainably and effectively.
