Main responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and support client relationships - ensuring consistent delivery of value and operational excellence.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to client success initiatives.
• Co-manage relationships with client organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain governance structures to monitor performance and manage risk.
• Enforce data quality standards in reporting, flagging service quality issues.
• Prepare and present monthly reports and execute corrective actions.
• Flag and manage resourcing issues to ensure both quantity and quality needs are met.
• Participate in internal huddles to ensure seamless alignment between teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client delivery, project management, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience with multinational organizations (B2B experience is a plus).
• Strong track record in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data for performance insights.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, with leadership capabilities.
