For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
In this role, you manage the commercial performance of the Cabin Upgrade perimeter with responsibility for profit and loss, budgets, risks and business reporting. You coordinate internal interfaces and support data-based decision-making across technical, industrial and customer-related functions.
Your tasks

• Manage operational business activities for the Cabin Upgrade perimeter with defined profit and loss responsibility
• Plan, monitor and control budgets, including associated risks and compliance requirements
• Establish, maintain and optimise dashboards for business performance and management reporting
• Analyse business data and derive measures to support financial and operational objectives
• Coordinate internal stakeholder interfaces across technical, industrial and customer service functions
• Contribute to team activities and support specific business management requirements as needed

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, economics or a comparable discipline
• More than three years of experience in project management and interface management, ideally within aerospace customer service
• At least two years of experience in data analysis or business management
• Good knowledge of change management and risk management
• Knowledge of SAP detail functions and confident use of Google Workspace; Skywise knowledge is advantageous
• Business-fluent English with strong analytical, communication and coordination skills; German language skills are advantageous
