CTYS is a British-led yacht interior design consultancy based in Hamburg. We specialise in household appliances for superyacht interiors and are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to replace during maternity leave. An extension or permanent position is possible.
The position can be filled full-time or part-time. A full-time position also includes database management and occasional logistics support (full training is provided). A part-time position focuses exclusively on accounting.
Your tasks:

• Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments) in the ERP system
• Reconcile accounts: bank, suppliers, customers
• Monitor receivables and payables
• Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements
• Generate reports and report anomalies
• Keep financial records up-to-date and audit-ready
• Optimize ERP processes
• Database maintenance and occasional logistics support (full-time role)

Your profile

• Education: Accounting, finance, administration or comparable field
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, ideally in an ERP environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Confident handling of international clientele
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics) and MS Office
• Accurate, organized and independent work
