What you'll own

• Full creative responsibility for the graphic design of all social media campaign assets
• Concepting, drafting, and designing multiple ad variations: Image, Carousel, and beyond
• Continuous optimization through A/B testing and implementing resulting adjustments
• Building and managing a structured freelancer pool across illustration, motion, UI, and photography
• Briefing, steering, and giving structured feedback to external creatives
• Quality assurance of all design materials before internal sign-off and client delivery
• Developing and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and brand systems
• Active trend research across brands and competitors to keep designs sharp and current
• Presenting concepts to clients and handling feedback constructively

Requirements

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Art Direction, ideally in an agency or fast-scaling creative team
• Proven experience designing for social media campaigns - and knowing what makes them perform
• Track record of managing freelancer networks and coordinating external creative talent
• A sharp eye for quality, consistency, and the details that separate good from great
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects
• Familiarity with interaction design, rapid prototyping, and QA workflows
• Independent working style, you manage your own deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Clear, constructive communication in English (German a plus)
