Project Coordinator - Strategic Support (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit am Standort Hamburg.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle gestaltest du interne Projekte aktiv mit und trägst dazu bei, dass strategische und operative Abläufe im Projektmanagement effizient, transparent und teamübergreifend umgesetzt werden. Dabei arbeitest du nicht nur eng mit der Teamleitung, sondern auch mit Fachbereichen wie Operations & Maintenance, Site Services oder QHSE zusammen.

Strategische Unterstützung: Du unterstützt die Teamleitung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung strategischer Initiativen und entwickelst Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Berichte und Analysen.
Projektkoordination: Du erstellst und pflegst Projektpläne, überwachst Deadlines und unterstützt bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Meetings, Workshops und Retrospektiven.
Prozessoptimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, entwickelst effizientere Prozesse und implementierst passende Tools zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
Kommunikationsschnittstelle: Du koordinierst die Abstimmung zwischen Projektmanagement und anderen Fachbereichen und sorgst für einen transparenten Informationsfluss innerhalb des Teams.
Organisatorische Entlastung: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben für die Teamleitung, bereitest Themen auf und unterstützt bei der Ressourcenplanung.
Wissensmanagement: Du erstellst interne Guidelines, Dokumentationen und Materialien zur internen Wissensvermittlung und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder vergleichbar) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Weiterbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement.
Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in einer koordinierten administrativen Rolle oder als Assistenz mit Projektbezug im technischen, infrastrukturellen oder erneuerbaren Umfeld.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst in Abläufen und Prozessen und bist es gewohnt, mehrere Themen gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten.
Du bist kommunikativ, lösungsorientiert und servicebewusst - auch im Austausch mit Führungskräften und teamübergreifend.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Du bringst einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office Programmen (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint).
Du bringst eine proaktive Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist, Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten mit.
