Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d)

About the role
As the dedicated Supply Chain Manager for one of Nexperia's wide bandgap product lines, you will provide end-to-end accountability for operations, ensuring supply continuity, enabling efficient scaling, and supporting faster time-to-market. In this role, you will also drive supplier development, cost optimization, and proactive risk management.
What you will do

  • Own end‑to‑end supply chain flows, including goods, financial, and sourcing execution
  • Define and govern supply chain policies, planning parameters, and priorities
  • Lead cross‑factory load alignment for monthly S&OP and quarterly planning cycles
  • Resolve supply-demand mismatches and eliminate feasible sales gaps
  • Ensure timely CapEx planning and correct supply chain setup for VRUs and projects
  • Initiate allocation processes and drive supply performance via KPIs and corrective actions
  • Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, and supplier performance (internal/external)
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives across the supply chain

What you will need

  • Degree in business administration preferred with focus on supply chain management
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in supply chain- and project environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation/moderator skills, influencing

  • Ability to manage complex problems, structures and matters while overseeing the big picture
