HESYS Engineering has been a specialized partner for engineering services for more than 25 years. We support customers in aerospace & high-tech with qualified specialists for demanding projects. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
In this role, you support sales contract management with a clear focus on aircraft deliveries, customer contracts and commercial closing activities. The position is contract-driven and combines commercial, financial and customer-facing responsibilities in an international aircraft delivery environment.
Your tasks

  • Manage contractual delivery topics related to aircraft sales purchase agreements
  • Support aircraft delivery closings, including transfer of title to the customer
  • Prepare commercial and legal documentation based on aircraft financing structures
  • Calculate final aircraft prices, prepare invoices and monitor related payments
  • Manage customer and financier relationships in an international environment
  • Support exception management for delivery delays, defaults and closing-related risks

Your profile

  • Completed degree in business administration, international management, industrial engineering, business informatics or similar field
  • Professional experience in contract management
  • Good knowledge of customer handling and English-language contracts
  • Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Excel and confident use of Google Workspace
  • Good skills in data analysis and structuring
  • Business-fluent English skills
